Where can I find the parameters for Chat Inlay?

If you are looking for a list of parameters for Chat Inlay's they can be found here <your_domain.custhelp.com/s/oit/latest/>. For example, "abc.custhelp.com/s/oit/latest". This will give you the latest documentation for the Inlay attributes.

Go to the above URL <your_domain.custhelp.com/s/oit/latest/> then select Inlays and then choose which Inlay attributes you want to look at. 

There are certain attributes that are supported only for Engagement Cloud (ec) or Oracle B2C Service this will be listed in the attributes of the parameter. Such as... "supported: osvc18B+" or "supported: ec19A+".  The "+" meaning that version or greater.
