Can I enable Data Lifecycle Policies on a test or non-production site?

Environment:

All versions, data lifecycle policies

Resolution:

Data lifecycle policies are disabled by default on non-production sites. While it may be beneficial to test a particular policy prior to implementing it in production, there is relatively low value to leaving the policy enabled continuously. Therefore, in order to enable policies on test or non-production sites you will need to submit a service request to CX Service Support.
