Where can I report Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA) issues?

Environment:

Oracle B2C Service

Resolution:

Oracle Digital Assistant is a platform that allows you to create and deploy skills and digital assistants, for natural language communication to help your customers accomplish a variety of tasks. Oracle B2C Service supports integration with Oracle Digital Assistant.

While CX Service Support will handle issues within the Oracle B2C Service product and the Chat REST API in relation to this integration, issues specific to Oracle Digital Assistant will need to be handled by the ODA Team. If the issue reported is specific to ODA, please reach out to ODA Technical Support by creating a service request in My Oracle Support (MOS) at this link.

For additional information, refer to the Oracle Digital Assistant Online Documentation

Note: CX Service Support does not have access to ODA setup/configuration settings. Investigation involving those types of issue will have to be handled by ODA Technical Support.
